The
costs of the service to new members are typically as shown below,
and they encompass access to all services available on Pubnet
as well as an introduction to the community of your arrival.

$0.75 cents per document sent or received

monthly mailbox
- $25
monthly interconnect fee (if applicable)
Once
the Pubnet Agreement is submitted our customer service group will
process your registration, you will receive a “Welcome to
Pubnet” package containing your mailbox information including
ID’s and passwords, DCTS login information, instructions
for connecting to our network, and a step-by-step guide for testing
and certification.
